TMD domestic order book as end of
Mar 31, 2025 stood at Rs 2900 crore. Of the order book the active orders were
about 75%. Additionally TMD exports order
book stood Rs 260 crore. ATC order book is over Rs 400 crore.
TMD Revenue mix for FY25 is OEM
65%, ex 13%, 22% spares for TMD division. In Q4FY25 70% OEMs, 12% Exports and 18%
spares.
TMD market update: Six months of
downtrend in TMD order booking and that continues in current quarter ending Jun
2025 as well. Under tariff war scenario, the market dynamics is different. Capacity
utilization of spinning mill customers of the company are about 90% and they
