IndoStar Capital Finance  conducted a conference call on 21 October 2024 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 2024. Randhir Singh- Executive Vice Chairman of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The Vehicle finance (VF) AUM at Rs 6964 crore end September 2024, up 10%, QOQ and 59% YOY.  VF Disbursements at Rs 1,449 crore, up 53% from Rs 948 crore in Q2FY24

Overall AUM at Rs 10,112 crore, was up 6% from Rs 9,565 crore in Q1 FY25 and up 31% YOY from Q2FY24. Overall disbursements at Rs 1,724 crore, up 36% YOY from Rs 1,269 crore in Q2FY24

The standalone AUM moved up 5% qoq to Rs 7550 crore from Rs 7170 crore in Q1FY25.
Debt/Equity Ratio was lower at 2.26x end September 2024.

Gross Stage 3 assets reduced to 4.97% for Q2FY25 and Net Stage 3 assets were at 2.50% for Q2FY25.
