Targets AUM growth of 15%, expects to reduce GNPA to 0.8% in FY2025

Can Fin Homes conducted a conference call 22 July 2024 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 2024. Suresh Iyer, MD and CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The first quarter of FY2025 had general elections which impacted the performance of the company during April and May 2024. However, the performance was recovered in June and July 2024. Despite June 2024 being the second best month in the last 15 months, the company could not recoup losses in April and May 2024.

With the pickup in performance in June 2024 onward, the company expects to post disbursements of Rs 2500 crore in Q2FY2025.

The performance of the company was mainly hit in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana post change in the governments with some impact in terms of registrations. Other than these two states, the company had positive growth in all other states.
