Expects to achieve revenue of Rs 1175 crore and PAT of Rs 375 crore in FY2026


'Anand Rathi Wealth conducted a conference call on 11 April 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 2025. Rakesh Rawal, CEO and Feroze Azeez, Deputy CEO of the company addressed the call

Highlights:

The company has recorded 30% yoy growth in revenues to Rs 981 crore, while net profit increased 33% yoy to Rs 301 crore in FY2025 surpassing revised guidance of Rs 295 crore.

Mutual fund distribution revenue registered very strong growth of 52% to Rs 406 crore in FY25. PAT margin was 30.7% for FY25 improved from 30% for FY24. RoE was 44.6% for FY25.

Revenues increased 22% to Rs 241 crore and PAT jumped 30% to Rs 74 crore in Q4FY2025. PAT margin for Q4FY25 was at 30.5% which is up from 28.8% for Q4FY24.

The company expects to achieve revenue of Rs 1175 crore and PAT of Rs 375 crore in FY2026
