sector has seen substantial growth in FY25 with strong support from government
and rise in demand for affordable housing.

affordable housing will continue to be the cornerstone of India''s housing
finance industry.
The company continues to
maintain its position as India''s leading low-income housing finance provider.
Disbursement increased 16% Rs
8192 crore in FY25 and 18% to Rs Rs 2556 crore in Q4FY2025.
