16-Jan-2025 05-Feb-2025 Quarterly Results Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31 2024. Further in continuation of our earlier letter dated December 27 2024 under subject Intimation of closure of Trading Window and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1 2025 till February 7 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said financial results. Pursuant to Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., February 5, 2025, inter alia, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 ('Financial Results'). The Financial Results and the Limited Review Reports issued by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company on the said Financial Results of the Company are enclosed. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Postal Ballot Notice comprising of the matters on which members' approval will be sought. The details are in the attached disclosure. The Company shall make requisite disclosures as and when the Postal Ballot Notice is issued to the members. (As Per Bse Announcement Dated on 05.02.2025)
