It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 22^nd Annual General Meeting of our company for the financial year ended 31^st March 2023.

Your presence here is a testimony to your interest and support to the company. As you all know, Reliable was started in the year 2001 with a meagre capital, but a very ambitious vision- to build a business and spread it all over India.

Reliable Group of Companies has welcomed their second listed company with the IPO of Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Limited. The efficient and localized team of Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Limited will be great strength to the company for engaging new relationships in the Market.

At this point in time, I like to share with you the highlights of the year's performance and

Outlook for the next Year as mentioned below:

- Our total revenue for the year 2022-23 was Rs. 4304.40 lacs as compared to Rs. 3360.93 lacs in the previous year i.e 2021-22 which represents the increase of 28.07% in the Standalone Financials.

- Our total revenue for the year 2022-23 was Rs. 7282.66 lacs as compared to Rs. 5339.13 lacs in the previous year i.e 2021-22 which represents the increase of 36.40% in the Standalone Financials.

- Our Profit before tax was Rs. 340.09 lacs as compared to Rs. 298.65 lacs in the previous year altogether the profit after tax was Rs. 264.14 lacs as compared to Rs. 215.71 lacs in the previous year.

- Similarly as per the consolidated Financials Our Profit before tax was Rs. 603.91 lacs as compared to Rs 527.81 lacs in the previous year altogether the profit after tax was Rs. 397.44 lacs as compared to Rs. 348.01 lacs in the previous year.

Finally I am thankful to all our Stakeholders, our Bankers, our Investors, our Vendors and most importantly our customers for their trust and faith. I must acknowledge huge contribution from entire team of Reliable Group i.e. not only from the flagship company but also from the subsidiary and associate companies, who push their boundaries, rise above challenges and leave no stone unturned to achieve consumer satisfaction.
