As we celebrate 25 years of building PDS, I write to you with a deep
sense of gratitude and pride. What began as a bold entrepreneurial idea has grown into a
global, purpose-driven enterpriseanchored in strong values, shaped by enduring
relationships and powered by an exceptional team of people. This milestone year has been a
poignant reminder that true progress is not measured by metrics alone, but by the values
we uphold along the way. At PDS, trust, transparency and teamwork have always been our
guiding lights. These principles have enabled us to navigate complex global headwinds and
emerge stronger, more agile and more united.

The world around us is shifting rapidlywith geopolitical
instability, economic uncertainty and environmental challenges creating a volatile
backdrop. The fashion and retail industry, in particular, continues to undergo structural
and cyclical changes. Yet, amid these uncertainties, our resilience has stood out. FY2025
has been a testament to the collective strength of our people and the enduring relevance
of our culture.
We remained focused on what truly mattersstaying grounded in our

collections to winning accolades like the Home & Clothing Partnership
Award? from Tesco, we have continued to push boundaries and redefine excellence.
