The most awaited moment has come again, another chance to express my
views & share my feeling of rejoice with you all as we have already completed 27 year
of success and stepped into 28th year of our existence as a company "KCL Infra
Projects Limited".

employees for coming together to deliver the improved performance throughout the year and
continuing their efforts during these crucial times. I would also like to take this
opportunity to express my gratitude to our shareholders, partners, bankers and all other
stakeholders who have continued to support us during the transition phase"
As you know that we are behind the vision of our Prime Minister Shri
Narendra Damodar Das Modi. We continue to provide our great efforts towards the nation
building.
It is well said, that "the greatest asset one can possess is
health" and keeping this as our long term vision, our company has obtained
license from the ministry of information and broadcasting for non-news channel in the name
of KCL which will promote health awareness and will enlighten public at large on different
forms of medicine such as naturopathy, yoga, pranayama, workout, laughter yoga.
Performance 2021-22
During these challenging times our focus was to complete execution of
the ongoing balance projects, In continuation to this we have started the work of Vistara
Dhoot Suncity and also obtain TV Channel Satellite Rights from the ministry
of information and broadcasting. Due to these ongoing and new projects company was
in need of working capital for which company has raised approx. Rs 48 crores through Right
Issue
The year gone by has been an eventful year in many respects. It was a
year of re-imagining and laying the foundation of the KCL Infra Project Limited. Our
journey of re-inventing ourselves has been challenging and fulfilling, but I am happy to
report that we have begun this journey well. I am proud of the resilience we have
demonstrated as a company and am confident we will continue to build on it.
