CHAIRMAN
Notice is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Shyama Infosys
Limited will be held at 137, Dadiseth Agiari Lane, 2nd Floor, Office No. 20,
Kalbadevi, Mumbai - 400 020 on Wednesday, 25th day of September, 2013 at 11.00 A.M. to
transact the following business :
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31 st March, 2013 and
Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date together with the Reports
of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To appoint a Director in place of Sri Avijit Dey and Sri Raj Kumar Tharad who retire
by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves for re-appointment.
3. To appoint S. K. Das & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the
Company and to fix their remuneration.
