in force), the consent of the Company be and is hereby accorded for ratification of
appointment of M/s. V S Shah And Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.
143857W) who had offered themselves and confirmed their eligibility to be appointed as the
Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2018-19 to hold office from the conclusion
of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of Thirty Seventh Annual General
Meeting subject to the ratification by members at each Annual General Meeting to be held
thereof, on such remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors."
