to inform you that SEBI vide its notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/24 dated 8th June,
2018 has made amendments in regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the requests for transfer
of shares/securities shall not be processed unless such shares/securities are held in the
dematerialized form with a depository. In view of the above, to avoid any kind of
inconvenience to you, we request you to dematerialize your physical shares in electronic
form immediately.
