Mphasis gains after Q4 PAT rises 4% QoQ to Rs 446 cr; declares dividend of Rs 57/share

Mphasis advanced 2.96% to Rs 2,539.65 after the company's consolidated net profit grew 4.36% to Rs 446.49 crore in Q4 FY25, compared with Rs 427.81 crore in Q3 FY25.


Revenue from operations rose 4.17% to Rs 3,710 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 3,561.3 crore posted in Q3 FY25.

As compared with Q4 FY24, the company's net profit increased 13.54%, while revenue grew by 8.73% in Q4 FY25.

Profit before tax was at Rs 446.49 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2025 (up 4.36% QoQ and up 13.54% YoY).

The company’s gross revenue increased 4.5% QoQ and 8.9% YoY in Q4 FY25 on a reported basis and grew 2.9% QoQ and 5.4% YoY in constant currency.

Direct revenue grew 5.4% QoQ and 10.4% YoY on a reported basis and grew 3.8% QoQ and 5.4% YoY in constant currency.

In Q4 FY25, the company’s new Total Contract Value (TCV) stood at $390 million in its direct segment, with 85% of this amount coming from new-generation services.

On a full-year basis, the company’s consolidated net profit rose 9.47% to Rs 1,702.1 crore on a 7.16% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 14,230 crore in FY25 over FY24.

Nitin Rakesh, chief executive officer and managing director of Mphasis, said, “We are pleased with a quarter of broad-based performance, reporting the highest QoQ growth in 12 quarters, highest TCV wins in 7 quarters, highest ever quarterly and full-year EPS, and 86% YoY growth in pipeline. In this uncertain macro environment, our focus is on continued investments in growth, keeping tech and AI at the core, and leveraging solutions to transform and modernize our client’s technology and operations stack.”

Meanwhile, the company recommended a dividend of Rs 57 per share, which is subject to the approval of shareholders.
