Metro Brands has allotted 96,926 equity shares under ESOP on 11 November 2024. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,359,745,420 (consisting of Rs. 27,19,49,084 equity shares of Rs. 5 each) to Rs. 1,360,230,050
(consisting of Rs. 27,20,46,010 equity shares of Rs. 5 each).
