Metro Brands allots 4,154 equity shares under ESOP

Metro Brands has allotted 4,154 equity shares under ESOP on 1 October 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,359,745,420 (consisting of Rs. 271,949,084 equity shares of Rs. 5 each).
