Jindal Stainless has allotted 3,35,000 equity shares under ESOP on 28 November 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,64,75,39,176/- divided into 82,37,69,588 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
