Board of Bata India recommends Interim Dividend

Of Rs.10 per share

Bata India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.10 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
