Restaurant Brands Asia launches QIP

Restaurant Brands Asia announced that its board has approved the issue of qualified institutional placement (QIP) of equity shares with the floor price of Rs 62.32 per equity share.


The board of directors of the company has authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Monday, 24 March 2025.

The floor price of Rs 62.32 is at a discount of 3.03% to the scrip’s previous closing price of Rs 64.27 on the BSE.

The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the issue. The issue price will be determined by the bank in consultation with the book-running lead manager appointed for the issue.

Restaurant Brands Asia is into the business of Quick Service Restaurants under the brand name of 'Burger King.'

The company reported consolidated net loss of Rs 50.40 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared with net loss of Rs 36.18 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations rose 5.8% YoY to Rs 639.06 crore in Q3 FY25.

The scrip slipped 1.20% to Rs 63.50 on the BSE.
