L&T Finance announces cessation of director

With effect from 01 July 2025

L&T Finance announced that Thomas Mathew T. completed his second term of 5 consecutive years as an Independent Director of the Company on 30 June 2025 and accordingly ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 01 July 2025.
