Hindustan Unilever completes divestment of Water Purification business

To A. O. Smith India Water Products Private Limited

Hindustan Unilever has on 1st November 2024 has completed the sale and divestment of its Water Purification business carried under the brand ‘Pureit’ as a going concern on slump sale basis, to A. O. Smith India Water Products Private Limited.
