Axis Bank has allotted 261,363 equity shares under ESOP on 16 April 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,194,850,580 (3,097,425,290 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,195,373,306 (3,097,686,653 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
