Board of Redtape recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 2 per share

Redtape announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 December 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
