Board of Amrutanjan Health Care recommends first interim dividend

Of Rs 1 per share

Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2024, inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
