Reliance Infrastructure settles its disputes with Adani Electricity Mumbai and Adani Energy Solutions

Reliance Infrastructure announced the settlement of disputes with Adani Electricity Mumbai and Adani Energy Solutions. There is no monetary consideration exchanged between the parties. The parties have agreed to withdraw arbitration claims against each other. As the claims and counterclaims are contingent, there is no impact on the financial position of the Company.
