RBL Bank has allotted 12,900 equity shares under ESOP on 13 March 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,78,63,159 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,86,31,590 to 60,78,76,059 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,87,60,590.
