Deccan Gold Mines allots 14.99 lakh equity shares on conversion of CCDs

Deccan Gold Mines has allotted 14,99,276 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs.33.05/- upon conversion of 14,99,276 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) issued on March 2, 2023 on preferential basis for non-cash consideration under a share swap to Promoter Group.
