Board of Imagicaaworld Entertainment approves reclassification of authorised share capital

At meeting held on 28 May 2024

The Board of Imagicaaworld Entertainment at its meeting held on 28 May 2024 has approved the reclassification of authorised share capital from existing Rs 1100 crore dividend into 60 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each and 5 crore preference shares of Rs 100 each to Rs 1100 crore dividend into 100 crore equity share shares of Rs 10 each and 1 crore preference shares of Rs 100 each and the consequent alteration in capital clause of Memorandum of Association.
