Board of D-Link (India) recommends Special Dividend

Of Rs.5 per share

D-Link (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2024, has recommended a Special dividend of Rs.5 per share (i.e.250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
