Board of Aeroflex Industries approves fund raising up to Rs 400 cr via equity issuance

At meeting held on 14 December 2024

The Board of Aeroflex Industries at its meeting held on 14 December 2024 has approved the proposal for raising of funds in one or more tranches by way of issuance of such number of equity shares having face value Rs 2/- each of the Company (Equity Shares) for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 400 crore by way of qualified institutions placement (QIP) or other permissible modes in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time and other applicable laws subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals including the approval of the members of the Company and other regulatory approvals, as may be required.
