Aurionpro Solutions has allotted 2,76,06,765 equity shares of Rs.10 each as fully paid-up Bonus equity shares (in ratio of 1:1) on 28 June 2024. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 5,52,13,530 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each, amounting to Rs. 55,21,35,300.
