Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 58,607 equity shares under ESOP on 22 October 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 1,44,14,83,190 (i.e. 28,82,96,638 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each) to Rs 1,44,17,76,225 (i.e.28,83,55,245 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each).
