Board of S Chand & Company recommends final dividend

Of Rs 3 per share

S Chand & Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
