Board of Powergrid Infrastructure InvestmentTrust recommends final dividend

Of Rs 3 per share

Powergrid Infrastructure InvestmentTrust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 July 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 3%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
