Board of HMA Agro Industries recommends final dividend

Of Rs 0.3 per share

HMA Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
