Board of Bajaj Holdings & Investment recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 65 per share

Bajaj Holdings & Investment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 September 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 65 per equity Share (i.e. 650%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
