UltraTech Cement

NP up 48.9% YoY to Rs 2225.9 cr in Q1FY2026


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of UltraTech Cement has increased 13.06% to Rs 21275.45 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 16.03% to 20.73%, leading to 46.18% rise in operating profit to Rs 4,410.34 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 15.07% to 16.02%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.18% to 2.50%.   Employee cost increased from 4.14% to 4.54%.   Other expenses fell from 62.59% to 56.36%.   Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 25.42% to 22.69%.   Freight charges fell from 23.50% to 21.70%.   

Other income rose 6.96% to Rs 180.23 crore.  PBIDT rose 44.10% to Rs 4590.57 crore.  Provision for interest rose 33.01% to Rs 433.3 crore.  ...
