'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Escorts Kubota has increased 11.28% to Rs 3280.49 crore.  Sales of Agri Machinery Products segment has gone up 14.73% to Rs 2,786.94 crore (accounting for 85.05% of total sales).  Sales of Construction Equipment segment has gone down 5.00% to Rs 489.89 crore (accounting for 14.95% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 31.79% to Rs 407.06 crore.  PBIT of Agri Machinery Products segment rose 48.53% to Rs 374.73 crore (accounting for 92.06% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Construction Equipment segment fell 42.85% to Rs 32.33 crore (accounting for 7.94% of total PBIT).  

PBIT margin of Agri Machinery Products segment rose from 10.39% to 13.45%.  PBIT margin of Construction Equipment segment fell...
