Deepak Nitrite held a conference call on 29 May 2025 to discuss the results for the quarter ended May 2025 and way forward. Mr. Maulik Mehta, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sanjay Upadhyay – Director, Finance & Group CFO and Mr. Somsekhar Nanda –CFO of the company addressed the call.

Highlights of the Concall

  • The company operating performance recovered partially in Q4 following a subdued Q3, despite continued headwinds from geopolitical tensions, elevated input prices and oversupply from China.

  • FY25 was a year of consolidation, during which it implemented several initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and profitability. Cost optimization, digitalization, and a shift in energy mix are expected to drive structural improvement in margin. Debottlenecking efforts will further strengthen operating performance.
