is expected to release in the second half of FY26. A Punjabi film starring Gippy Grewal,
Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira has been finalised for production.

FY 2023-24 was our third year as a standalone entity. We released 'Merry Christmas,'
and our debut marathi film Sridevi Prasanna. Merry Christmas was applauded by critics and
audiences alike but it did not meet our expectations of Box-office collections we only
made minor profits. A deal for satellite rights of Merry Christmas is still pending.
Sridevi Prasanna was also not well received at the box office.
We have finalised production of a film with Mr David Dhawan and Mr Varun Dhawan which
is expected to release in the second half of FY26. A Punjabi film starring Gippy Grewal,
Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira has been finalised for production. Tips Films is
also co-producing an action thriller with Northern Light Films, directed by Pulkit,
starring RajKumar Rao, Medha Shankr and Anshuman Pushkar. Apart from these 3 ongoing
projects, we are working on scripts for Race-4, Bhoot Police -2 and several others. We are
working towards achieving our goal of producing and releasing 5 to 6 movies per year.
Our focus is on creating good quality IPR, which in our experience, has always remained
in great demand.
