'Consolidated net sales (including other
operating income) of Indraprastha Gas has declined 2.69% to Rs 3458.51
crore. Operating profit margin has
jumped from 14.84% to 18.99%, leading to 24.53% rise in operating profit to Rs
656.94 crore. Purchase of finished goods
cost fell from 73.42% to 68.83%.
Employee cost increased from 1.40% to 1.49%. Other expenses rose from 10.34% to
10.69%.
Other income rose 20.95% to Rs 61.67
crore.
PBIDT rose 24.22% to Rs 718.61
crore. Provision for interest fell
20.13% to Rs 2.46 crore. PBDT rose 24.45% to Rs 716.15 crore.
Provision for depreciation rose 11.81% to Rs
102.23 crore. Profit before tax grew 26.84% to Rs 613.92
