The alteration of capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company consequent to the sub-division/split of the face value of the equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. 3. The Notice of Extra-Ordinary General meeting to be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 through other Audio and Visual means (OAVM) and other matters/items incidental thereto. Copy of the Notice is being circulated separately in due course. 4. Appointment of M/s SV Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (COP: 14791), Chandigarh as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting in a fair and transparent manner.
