IndusInd Bank has allotted 2,02,125 equity shares under ESOS on 05 June 2024. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from. Rs. 7,784,991,210(778,499,121 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 7,787,012,460 (778,701,246 equity shares of Rs.10/-each).
