Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has extinguished 84,78,100 fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each consequent to the buyback offer that opened on 01 December 2023 and closed on 07 December 2023.
Following the buyback of shares, the paid up equity share capital has reduced to 14,69,40,683 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
