Godrej Industries allots 1,626 equity shares under ESGS

Godrej Industries has allotted 1,626 equity shares under the Godrej Industries Limited - Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 33,67,52,089 equity shares of Re 1 each.
