Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 89,641 equity shares under ESOP on 15 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,28,72,67,666 divided into 64,36,33,833 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
