Century Plyboards completes transfer of its container freight station services undertaking to Century Infra

Century Plyboards (India) announced that the Container Freight Station Services Undertaking of the company stands transferred to and vested in Century Infra, wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as a going concern from 1 April 2022, being the ‘Appointed Date' for the scheme of arrangement.
