Board of Tata Consultancy Services recommends Second Interim Dividend

Of Rs.10 per share

Tata Consultancy Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 October 2024, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.10 per share (i.e.1000%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
