Board of Shaily Engineering Plastics recommends Final Dividend

Shaily Engineering Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
