Board of Nucleus Software Exports recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.12.5 per share

Nucleus Software Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.12.5 per share (i.e.125%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
