Board of Honeywell Automation India recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.100 per share

Honeywell Automation India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.100 per share (i.e.1000%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
